Boyfriend of 3 years Runner Reaction

We found out we were pregnant 3 days ago, and he has been distant, worried, mood swingy, overwhelmed the past few days not even wanting to come to reveal it to my family because “he still needs time to process”. In between that time he has tried his best to reassure me that he is happy but trying to take it all in. While I’m completely excited, ready, calm, determined, and already planning lightyears ahead. Is this a normal reaction…either of us…should I be as worried as others look? Should he be more in tune with me?
