No, if you drop dead your employer will replace you within 24 hours. 
I especially wouldn't feel guilty if you're leaving because of toxic environment / low pay / under appreciation from your boss.
Just like you need to work hard to maintain certain standards as an employee, your employer should work hard to maintain employee satisfaction and good morale.

No, if I’m leaving my job it’s for a reason. It’s not like I’d quit and then start looking. It’s a job not a relationship. I need my job to survive so I’m 100% having a back up plan in place before I jump ship.

No, If die at work  my job would be posted the next day. Which has happened. Someone literally died on the break room floor and they posted his job the next day. Only reason I’m still there is I live in a small town and it’s the best pay for what we have.
