IVF excuse

Hey ladies! My husband and I are super excited to start our first IVF cycle next week! Every summer we usually play volleyball together with some friends. Unfortunately I will most likely sit this season out but I still plan on being at the games to spend time with family and friends. We’re not telling anyone we’re currently going through IVF so I’m sure I’ll be asked why I’m not playing. Does anyone have any good ideas for excuses or reasons I’m not playing?
