I heard vitex is a natural supplement that can help with fertility and was wondering if anyone has tried it before

Don’t do it….completely messed my cycles up and took over 2 years too get a period again, I had a regular cycle beforehand, I also didn’t fall pregnant for 11 years then had a loss and still no luck

I was taking vitex and maca root and got pregnant 4 months later . Although I was referred to take it due to my pcos . So I’m wondering if all the negative experiences people are having are because  they didn’t have any issues with hormones . It didn’t mess my cycle up and as i stated I got pregnant shortly after . I was eating good and exercising as well so I lost some weight which I think helped as well.

I was using it for a while, no difference for me one way or the other, it didn't impact my cycle but it didnt make it easier to concieve either.

Do not do it! Worst thing I ever did messed me up for 1.5 years and the are smart hiring the fact that if you fall pregnant on vitex you need to be on a extremely high dose till 12 weeks stopping it or body rejecting it while pregnant drops progesterone and lead to a miscarriage

I have only read nothing but horrible horrible stories for women on here. I advise against it!
