6 weeks pregnant bleeding

Woke up to blood in my underwear. Went to pee wiped a first time and more than this but didn’t think to take pic. I miscarried last august and was much more blood. I am losing my mind. I am terrified. Do you ladies think this is just normal spotting ? I’m going to dr to get checked
