TTC Post Ectopic - Letrozole and 1 Tube

Hey friends

Just wanted to see if any of you have any experience TTC after ectopic using letrozole with only 1 tube. How did you find it? Did it take long to get pregnant again? Just hoping for some good news stories to keep me going 🥰

Backstory: TTC for 4 years. Have PCOS. Finally got BFP in Dec and ended up with ectopic and right tube removal early Jan 23. Been on letrozole and metformin since Feb. Cycles previously were VERY irregular, now seeming like 28 days (yay!!). On our second cycle of trying with the drugs. Metformin and letrozole side effects are HORRENDOUS but we are persevering nonetheless.
