Anesthesia for cerclage placement
I lost my baby in a previous pregnancy at 18 weeks in a spontaneous miscarriage. Since they suspected a weakened cervix , they recommended ceclage ( cervical stitch) placement for current pregnancy. I'm 17 weeks now and scheduled to get cerclage coming Tuesday. My question now is should I be asked to put under or just spinal block for the procedure? Which one hurt less??
