Best baby lotion for dry skin?

My daughter has super dry skin on her arms and legs. Tried Johnson's, LiveClean, and Aveeno but it's still very dry!
Any suggestions?

Skip the lotion and just put straight aquaphor.

Vanicream and Vaseline (or aquaphor) morning and at night. If you have Aveeno left, try that with the Vaseline over it and see if it improves. Make sure you’re using a gentle soap and applying to damp skin after showering. Eucerin is also a good moisturizer but just always apply Vaseline or aquaphor on whichever moisturizer you pick. Eczema runs in my family and we keep it under control like this.
