Last Tuesday I had an ultrasound done that showed I had retained products. I’m Friday while using the bathroom I definitely passed something and since then my bleeding has stopped and pregnancy tests are extremely faint. I scheduled to take the pills for today but now I feel ovulation pain and think I’m ovulating. If I got everything out would I even be ovulating? Has anyone had retained products and still got a period? Should I take the pills anyway or will it mess up my cycle? I’m thinking maybe I should ask for another ultrasound to take another look.
