Getting pregnant after nexplanon

Hi everyone! I had my nexplanon removed April 11th, I had to do some guess work with my last “period” before nexplanon and it lasted for a couple weeks (stopped about a week before removal I think). I took this OPK test 4/24 and it’s seemingly positive and I’ve had unprotected sex 4/21,4/22, and 4/25. Is there a possibility I could actually be pregnant this cycle? I’m really hoping so thanks I’m advance everyone please send baby dust💕
