7 days late, faint positive.

TW PREVIOUS LOSSES MENTIONED. I'm 37, 7 days late for af and went to the doctor got 2 faint positives but blood test shows low hcg. According to the app I'd be 5 weeks 4 days today. I've been having cramping like I'm going to have my period but no blood or spotting haven't even had implantation bleeding. I do have sore breasts, dizzy spells mood changes, leg/thigh pain, constant wet feeling and nausea but no vomiting. I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone has experienced this before. This is the only pregnancy I've ever had that I've not had at least some morning sickness and I also don't remember having period pains in prior pregnancies. Just feels very different, don't know how to describe it and can't pinpoint it. Doc is going to re-test hcg in a week. I am trying for my 3rd and final baby. I've never found out about pregnancy this early and I've experiencedmany miscarriages I only have my 2 boys a 16 year old and a 2 year old. Thoughts?
