Cold sore?

I’m freaking out Is this a cold sore? I didn’t realize I had one if this is what it is or if it’s just a sore from where I bit my lip but I have kissed on my baby without realizing she is 7 weeks old today and I’ve been washing my hands like a mad women and using so much hand sanitizer her hand has smacked me in the face a few times while she’s sleeping due to her startle reflex and I’m so afraid she’s gonna get sick from it. I breastfeed her as well I’m just afraid of her getting sick
