Morning sickness

I'm pregnant with twins and have had bad morning sickness from 4 weeks this morning sickness is now subsiding but is still there I'm only 7 weeks when I had my previous 2 babies I had morning sickness throughout my first trimester, I had seen my the babies 3 days ago and everything was good and they both had heartbeats I'm just concerned of lack of morning sickness now
