Stretch and sweep
Hi ladies! I’ve just been told I’m going to be offered a stretch and sweep at 37 weeks then a few days later if first doesn’t work in the hopes of starting labour before needing to be induced at 38 weeks. Have you lovely lot got any tips and tricks to try before and after the sweep to try and help it be successful? This is my 3rd labour if that’s relevant!
