Endometriosis and conceiving

Hi all 💗 recently I was diagnosed with endometriosis and it was a bit of a depressing moment for me for the last several months. I tend to think negatively a lot and I’ve been trying to be more positive and luckily I have a great supportive fiancé and family.

I’m scheduled to have surgery but I wanted to know if anyone else has had the surgery and had a successful chance of conceiving? Or without surgery? My fiancé and I have been trying for a little over a year with no luck and now that I’ve been diagnosed I can get to the issue.

I don’t want to give up and I won’t but I’m just stressed out and wishing for my little miracle
