Hi! Would definitely like some advice

We have been trying to get pregnant for about a year. I recently bought ovulation digital testing last month when I did buy it. I ended up having Covid so hardly had any intercourse so we’ll try again this month. I had a blood test with the doctor and said I may have PCOS but my appointment at a fertility clinic will be in June, so I thought I will just trust the process. These are my results from the ovulation digital testing. Do you think I could get pregnant? Or any top tips or advice on what I can do? i have regular periods every month ans ovulation i have every month. I feel like I don’t show signs of PCOS.
