My IVF journey

Hey all! I know you are the only people who can relate to this - I did my first IVF transfer on 04/24 (This Monday basically) I have been experiencing cramps almost every day - they come and go. I was told not to do the home test because it wont be accurate. Ofc I did this to myself anyways da did the 3 tests and ofc I got negative results. Mentally I am not able to get over this and it is eating me inside out. My bloodwork is scheduled on 05/03 (next Wednesday). What do I need to know? Please share your experience I would love to also distract myself because I feel like Im going crazy here..
