Did I mistake implantation bleeding for period?

March I had a 17 day cycle… which I thought was weird… my cycles are normally 26-29 days. It’s now April and still no sign of period. I guess I have been tired more but I just thought because I was sick and I need to rest! Also what I thought was my period on march 28th was just a weird one all together. I didn’t necessarily have to wear a tampon I just did to be on the safe side. I also don’t track on long periods last. Has anyone had this and turned out to be pregnant? I’m getting tests tomorrow morning! Thank you!
