My job is fine, I love my job. There is literally nothing wrong. I am doing well there.

But y’all I do not make enough money. It wouldn’t matter if I worked myself up. I am being offered MONEY at another job and im absolutely taking it. Girl im done struggling about toilet paper and food and i applied and girl 👀

This is after I have worked my ass off and gained respect and have a relationship with my bosses and they are happy with me. But I just do not… y’all I do not make enough money at all. There is no way, even with a major raise, that the job i am currently at can even match me with what this other job is offering.

And I don’t know how to do this. Do I pull my boss aside? New job wants me asap but I really do respect my bosses so I will give them the 2 weeks but I just really, really need advice on how to even START this conversation and how it can be made with the most respect that it can be.

Please help.

I have been treated so well, like this is one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. But I’m sincerely struggling and it caused me to look further and I found that. And I feel so guilty 🥺 they have invested in me and I’m about to leave.
