what is this?

my newborn is going through the baby acne phase and some of her face is starting to crust over yellow. I remember my last baby had this but not as bad and I really don’t remember what it was as it was years ago. I called her pedi but they won’t see her until next week.. just trying to make sure it’s not an infection bc it started by her nose only now it’s on her forehead..
