Induction date in three weeks and baby is breech

3👼🌈💖2018🌈💙2020💖2021💙2023 • God's timing is perfect🙏⛪

Although I have not delivered yet, this is my fourth and final pregnancy and sadly, my son does not want to turn into a head down position and I am terrified to get a C-section because my oldest is five and my youngest is going to be 17 months, so I have three toddlers my baby is constantly on me. I just don’t know how I’m going to heal from a C-section. my husband works long hours I do have my mother-in-law‘s help but I was so looking forward to a vaginal delivery hoping it’s still an option but if you have just had a C-section and have toddlers, how are you handling the healing Process also, congratulations

Curious here. Why is there an induction date set when there isn’t a medical reason? Or is there a medical reason? Baby still has time to turn. If you are that worried look into spinning babies.

I may be blunt and don’t sugar coat anything but I most certainly do not shame. If you don’t like it then it’s on you. Not me. Move on.

I don’t shame. I am educating others of information they do not know or are misinformed on. That’s not shaming. Just because I tell the facts doesn’t mean I shame. End of conversation.

You're right it isn't. But I have watched you shame women.

Healing from a csection definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! By day 4-5 I felt much better and at about 2 weeks pp I felt almost 100%

I had to have an emergency c-section with my 3rd, and had a 3year old and 17month old at home. I did little things to help ensure I wasn’t lifting too much, like moving a chair by the cot so my 17 month could climb on that then into bed, showered the kids rather than bathed so no lifting them in and out etc. the kids adapted well, and I just explained mum had a sore tummy so to just be careful. If they got hurt, I would just sit on floor or chair and cuddle them their rather than lifting them up. You adapt and it’s only for a few weeks. If you do end up having a c-section definitely take all the help your offered cause is it a major surgery. Just be kind to yourself and your body. Keep on top of the pain relief. Fingers crossed baby flips for you though, but if not it’ll be okay :-)

Mine was breech at around 34weeks or so, but more sideways. I was having weekly ultrasounds at this point and within a week or two was back head down. (Sunny side up at delivery so they had to turn) if she didn’t go back head down before induction or delivery, they were going to do an inversion.

Not the same but I had my gallbladder out. It was hard not to pick everyone up but it. Can they try to spin the baby?

I did acupuncture with my last baby to turn her. Worked first time I did it. I could feel her turn during the session
