Teething Powder

My S/O’s mom bought my baby teething powder..she’s 6 months but not yet teething, her teeth haven’t started growing in yet but I wanted to look it up to see if it was safe but I can’t find anything online about it and it doesn’t even have ingredients on the back of the package nor on the actual packets. They’re Nigerian so I believe she got it from a Nigerian store but I’m not confident in using it. Can anybody find if this is safe or not?
