Miscarriage???

Question

I am 9w5d today. Just had my first ultrasound today. Dr couldn't see a yolk sac or hear/see heartbeat. Going back Monday to do blood work to see if hcg levels are dropping. Has anyone had this happen before? He said it will most likely be miscarriage and wasn't too hopeful. Also, baby looked small. Not as big as all ultrasounds of 9weeks that I have seen here.

Same thing happen to me 5 months ago.  I miscarried at 11wks or 12 wks.  Cant remember right off top. But they couldn't see the baby or hear the heart beat either. If everything doesn't go well just know Jesus will give you everything back much more than what it was before. I found out I was pregnant a month after my grandma passed away Oct 5 this year. So Jesus had to take a life to give a life he makes no mistakes. It was sad, but I'm thankful for everything because it made me a better person. So I'm praying for you and I hope all goes well and keep your head up to the sky at all times. Kisses and hugs
