I typically wear an Apple Watch on this wrist. I thought it kind of looked like the start of ringworm.

Looks like eczema to me, my husband gets patches like this on his hips and thighs. I also have 4 sons who have eczema flair ups where the waistband to their clothes or diapers were, so waist ankles wrists.
