Exercise during stims?

My clinic hasn’t said anything about exercising during stims. I like to workout as a stress reliever. Did anyone exercise the first few days of stims? What did you do? What did your clinic tell you?

I worked out for all 3 retreivals and 4 transfers. I stopped once I started feeling uncomfortable (typically around trigger day). I started back up once i felt good enough. I strength train and when I started back, i went lighter for 1 wk the gradually increased. I never dropped below 100# for any retreival or transfer cycle. If your body is used to it, you can continue. Just really pay attention to your body. I wouldn't run or do any cross fit/HIIT just bc you risk an ovarian torsion.

I was told not to do any strenuous workouts just go for a walk around the block. But personally I would just call your clinic and ask them
