Obviously not vaginally but with clitoral stimulation. It seems to me like when you orgasm it could get weird with the contractions and the tampon being in.

I don’t use tampons, but yes, u can masturbate while having a tampon in. And, since I don’t use tampons, someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think orgasming with a tampon in would feel any different than orgasming with a penis or sex toy inside of u.
