Hello, me and my boyfriend are looking for our first house together so we can leave this apartment. We don’t fully understand how ranting a house works, like we know the basics. But one question I have is, if a home says 1 pet is allowed, and you have 2 with one being an emotional support animal. Can they deny you? From my understanding they can’t deny an ESA. But some people are telling me they can count the esa as the one animal. But I don’t understand. What if I had already moved there with my normal dog. Then got an esa for another dog. Couldn’t they not deny me?..
