Clearer skin..

Does anyone have any recommendations.. my face is horrible really.. i have blackheads, red blemishes, freckles, my face never looks clear and it means i cant leave the house without makeup on. Is there any creams or stuff that anyones used that made there face alot more clearer? I just want it to look clean all over rather than patchy..
