hello i recently got out of at 5 years relationship so i've been stressedddd tf out.. and i noticed this morning when i wiped it was a light yellow ish color, i've been really itchy and the texture is like cottage cheese (as google described it) . IVE NEVER in my years of life gotten a yeast infection. im not using anything different or doing anything different .. i looked it up and it said it COULD be caused by stress.. not sure how true that is. but what are some over the counter medications i can use?? i dont have insurance to go to the doctor :(
