I'm 13w6d today and I don't feel pregnant at all! We saw baby last week and heartbeat was strong (I had a lot of bleeding but dr said it's normal for the location of my cervix) so I know she/he is in there, I just don't feel pregnant. I thought I had morning sickness during weeks 6-8 but later realized it was just my prenatal vitamins making me sick. I switched vitamins and I haven't felt pregnant at all. I can't wait to start feeling movement so that it can become more real :) anyone else in the same boat?
