Possible miscarriage

I went to emergency today due to bleeding bright red blood, only when I would wipe and it’s since stopped. They gave me an ultrasound and saw two sub chorionic hemorrhages. One was quite large they said at 3.2cm. They also saw the gestational sac but no fetal pole or yolk sac. Im 6 weeks exactly today. This was a FET on April 10th with a 5 day untested blast.

I’m wondering if anyone has had anything similar and had a successful pregnancy? Did you see a yolk sac or fetal pole after 6 weeks? The dr I saw in emergency said we would likely see something by now.. my gestational sac was 17.3 mm today.
