To eat or not to eat...

So I am 20 weeks and my midwife told me he wanted me he wanted me to gain between 25-30 lbs so far I have gained 5. Recently I have started being hungry all the time and craving a lot of not healthy food (shakes cakes candy cookies) and I don't know if I should indulge or not. I was less 110lbs when I first found out I was pregnant, should I just eat, or should I monitor and keep track of calories and stuff?
