2 month old teething?

Is it possible for my 2 month old to be teething just yesterday we noticed him sucking & gnawing on his hands & this was even after we had already fed him & today he’s doing the same thing & drooling also . I noticed that when he’s crying and being fussy he starts sweating and getting hot especially on his head so it just has me worried and curious what it could be I looked it up and they say it could be signs of teething but I have no idea this is my first baby? Can anyone shed some light on this please if y’all have gone through this w your lo?
