Breastfeeding product recommendations!

Okay girls, I’m pregnant with baby #2 and i really want to breastfeed. I had a hard time with my first born. Tell me your fav products & must haves. Any tips are welcome as well.

I recommend a Haaka. While baby eats on one side you can use this on the other side to collect let down, plus some. It'll help increase your supply too.  You can get a little freezer stash with it too. Also just feed baby as much as they want too, which might be a lot at times but it'll help increase your supply to meet their needs. Like C said, all those supplements & cookies are bullshit.  Proper nutrition will help you. Make sure you are eating & drinking enough. Drink even if you don’t feel thirsty bc once you feel thirsty, you’re already a little dehydrated.  I also suggest a haakaa. I was able to save so much milk by sticking it on the boob I wasn’t feeding from. The IBCLC in the hospital will help you & give you resources. Most insurance will cover visits with an IBCLC if you start having issues once you are home with baby. Definitely take whatever breastfeeding classes are held by your hospital.

There are no products or supplements that are with it. They are all gimmicks. Supply and demand is what breastfeeding is. The more you nurse the more you make. 
There is ever ever soo much information you need to know. HIGHLY suggest taking a breastfeeding class and getting in touch with an IBCLC prior to and after birth. Work with them on anything you need.

You'll definitely need a lot of protein and water. Everytime I ate a beef burger, my supply increased right after! Milk cows have high protein diets and women are quite similar in many ways. High protein is very important! ... It's not all supply and demand and I'm proof of that.
