Heavy metal detox/ detox spray

I been seeing on instagram moms saying they detox their young kids. Apparently it helps with a numbered of things like sleep, dark circles underneath eyes, behavioral, etc. I saw many post about this and many different ways on doing it. Including this spray (pic below). All reviews on Amazon swear by this spray too.

Just wondering what other moms here thought too
