Hello, I am desperately seeking some advice on this issue. My almost three year old I believe is experiencing confusion arousal at night and she is hard to console. I researched this and found that children with this issue usually are harder to console. It seems similar to night terrors but she isn’t afraid. I have taken her to a sleep study and they found that she may have some sleep apnea. She also goes to bed late and fights her dad and I when trying to get her down for an earlier bedtime, despite our strong efforts to ensure she is calm and well prepared for bedtime. I am at a complete loss. I would greatly appreciate any advice if any. TIA.
