Boys nursery - elephants or monkeys??

Question

Looking to have a baby friendly nursery but also want it to stay "classy". I'm not one for themes so does anyone have any suggestions?? I'm going back and forth with elephants or monkeys. Nursery is going to be beige with a cream/white stripe....hopefully similar to the picture below (but with wood trim).

I originally wanted harry potter, but finding baby stuff was too tuff unless I made it all, so then I decided to go with a forrest theme. I picked up a couple harry potter stuffed animals so I still get my Wizarding world in there.

We are having a boy and going with elephants. Walls are grey, with white and grey furniture. There will be a few things in navy blue (because of a Dr. Seuss print that my husband loved that is a world map with an elephant on Africa and has a navy blue background), but overall the colors will be fairly muted. Some of the sheets and blankets also have grey giraffes on them. I wouldn't really consider it too theme-y though, but I just think the elephants are adorable. 🐘

My husband is chinese so we observe the chinese zodiac. Our March 2016 baby will be a monkey so we have lots of monkey stuff. Sooo I say monkey! :)
