4th miscarriage

Hi all. I’ve never done this before but I feel like I need to talk to people who are going through the same thing as me. I’ve just had my4th miscarriage at 7 weeks, baby stopped growing at 5/6 weeks. The care in the UK isnt the best, they try but mostly you are on your own. ( the NHS is great but underfunded after years of a torie government). I find it hard to know what to do. There is clearly a problem but I feel lost as to whether to keep trying naturally or to go down the ivf route. Would love to know how other women have dealt with similar
