First period postpartum or not? Was it heavy flow?

I am 6 weeks pp, I had c section. My lochia stopped in complete 2 weeks. Now at 6 weeks I have periods is what I believe super red and fresh. Unlike left over lochia brownish, plae pink or light colored etc. It started yeaterday after mild cramping in my thighs and some body ache. It’s super heavy flow unlike any periods of my life. Like changing one pad every 2 hours, mostly for hygiene reason, I mean I don’t wait until it’s completely bloody. When I walk I feel some gush, when I move I feel little tickle of period coming out. Is this normal? When did your pp bleeding stopped and you got your first period after c section?
