Surgical Abortion After C section??

So I had a c-section 8 months ago due to not dilating, during my c section after baby was removed i was hemorrhaging and had to get blood transfusions. Also got gallstones and Got gallbladder taken out january.

found out i'm pregnant again 05/08.

Last Menstrual was 04/04 so i should be 4 wks 6 days.

I'm thinking of going in for a surgical abortion and don't know if it'll be riskier due to me having a csection september 2022 and laparoscopic surgery jan 1st. please help me , let me know your thoughts please this is scary so any help i would appreciate Thank you girlsss
