Ramzi ?!

I’m 7 weeks 2 days but when I went yesterday I’m a week behind which I track my ovulation and periods and all so I know exactly when I conceived so I’m a little worried it’s a week off . Is this normal? Anyone guesses ? I have 3 girls so hope this is a boy !
