Both tubes blocked 😓

Yesterday, I got to know very sad thing that both of my tubes are blocked after Hycosy test. I have been trying for almost last 2 years. I am 28 years old and my partner is 35. Is there any way to unblock tubes naturally ? Or surgery or IVF is the only option I have ? May I know your success stories of IVF.

Me and my husband’s other tests are all good.

I got this news of blockage tubes just near to the Mother’s Day, I am very disappointed and crying😭
