Tender breasts

Recently my breasts have been really sore, and my nipples are always hard. I had unprotected sex ( I know I was dumb ) about w month ago and am VERY concerned pregnant. I have also had a terrible headache for about 3 days. Do any of you have experience with this? Please help.
