FTM menstrual like cramping 39 weeks

I am 39 weeks and woke up about an hour ago with menstrual like cramps. I have been timing them and they are every 8-10 minutes and last around 35 seconds. They are not unbearable but are uncomfortable. Could this be the beginning of labor or just Braxton Hicks?
