How do I relieve tingling in my hip?

The tingling is so intense it is keeping me up lately. It is apparently from the baby laying on a nerve.

I have tried different positions, different angles with my hips and knees, pillows, yoga, walking around....I don't know what else to do! Haha

If the tingling is back in the butt try hugging your knees to stretch the hip cavity open back there. 
Going to a chiropractor is highly recommended.

A friend of mine had a similar problem while pregnant, she ended up using crutches to take off some of the pressure on her hips, wasn't anything else she could do until baby was in a different position. All I can think of for advice is exercise and stretches to which you've already done.. Maybe try hang upside down for a few seconds and get baby in a different position lol..kidding. But curious if that would work??
