When ever your ready it's not about when it's a good time. It's about when you and your body are ready. And if your ready to share that with someone else. 
I had sex when I was 15, with a man who is now my fiancée, even then I only had sex with him once and then made him wait 2 years because I didn't feel ready.
I've never had any regrets but there are plenty of other women who have. Take your time when deciding.

I've been having sex when I was 14, but it all really depends on how comfortable you feel and if you're ready for it

I would say 15/16, although I am 16 and there is way I am going to be able to lose my virginity any time soon
