Sinus congestion and sore throat week 7
Anyone else dealing with sinus congestion, a stuffy nose and a sore throat? I don't have a fever so I'm trying a bunch of home remedies: humidifier, saline nose spray, salt water gargle and fruit pectin throat drops. Lots of rest and fluids, too. Man, does this suck! I wish I could just take some Sudafed or Mucinex!
