Husband left me on read.. and I’m sick

Our son got hand, foot and mouth and I’m positive he has gave it to me. I’ve been sick all night and don’t think I can leave bed besides to go to the bathroom. I messaged my husband late last night and this morning asking him to come home please to help me take care of our son who’s 1.5. He hasn’t said anything to me and left me on read. He’s an hour away and has plenty of PTO to use. I get it that it’s last minute but I have zero help. His mom helps me all the time and she can’t leave her house Currently. She’s got a broke leg & foot.

My husband and I have other issues and I just think this takes the cake. I’m so sick of doing everything alone, including when I’m super sick. What the heck do I do?
