Okay so I am 5 weeks 3 days. I freaked out yesterday when my test line went back to being lighter than the control line. I know I should've stopped testing, but it's hard when you have an early miscarriage 2 months ago and just want to make sure this one sticks. ANYWAYS, I did a bunch of research during my freak outs yesterday and kept reading about the hook effect when the you have too much HCG and it overwhelms the test and you have to dilute your urine to get the stronger result back. I needed to know if this was the case for me so I could calm down. And sure as shit, it is!!! I am officially DONE testing. I stressed and freaked myself out for nothing. They say it doesn't happen usually til about 6 weeks, but that isn't the case for me, Here are my results:
