9dpo loosing hope

We have been ttc baby no2 for 3 months post ectopic (right tube removal). Im now 9dpo and have been having heavy ewcm for 5 days. I have been taking opks thinking its a late ovulation which have all been positive but my hcg is negative. This has genuinely never happened before and I'm worried my body isn’t able to ovulate this month
